PALILULA AT REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENTS FAIR

Under the sponsorship of the City of Nis and Palilula and Pantelej Municipalities, on April 9 and 10 in the hall of Serbian Army Club in Nis, the first Fair of real estates and investments was organized. This exhibition event, which brought together 20 exhibitors, including five Nis public companies and two City municipalities, was organized Nis company - City marketing center. Mayor of Nis, Milos Simonovic, at the opening of the fair said that this two-day business event could become a tradition since it successfully promotes offers and possibilities of the City of Nis in the field of real estate and investments.

Palilula Municipality on its stand presented the activities of the Center for Entrepreneurship (www.palilulamsp.eu), which is a result of the project funded by the Government of Denmark, through LEDIB programme to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit, improve the availability and free flow of information for SMEs sector and entrepreneurs. With encouraging of entrepreneurial spirit, and improving access to information - as judged by Boban Mikic, a member of Palilula Municipal Council, with the implementation of this project it is expected to create new jobs.

The attention of visitors has been taken by promotional material of the Contact center - INFO 48 (info48@palilula.eu) which was formed as the second in Serbia and first of that kind in Nis, in order to be more efficient, modern and functional in the realization of citizens rights and for taking better insight into the problems of citizens, as well as for raising the quality of services provided by the administration of the organization of local self-government. This Exhibition manifestation was visited by the president of Palilula Municipality Prof. dr Igor Novakovic and president of the Municipal Assembly, Milan Djurdjevic, with their associates.

New housing sites in the streets "Majakovskog", "Petar Randjelovic" and "Inzenjer Birviš" were presented on this manifestation where the apartments will be built at much lower prices and are designed for vulnerable groups. It is particularly important, according to organizers, the representation of the urban plan of Nis and planning documents that for future investors that will be a kind of guarantee and indicator that the City of Nis is ready for high-quality solutions to citizens, ready to provide better existence.

The first real estate and investment fair in Nis, was an ideal opportunity to establish contacts between agencies, contractors, investors and customers.
